This chalet, which sleeps up to five (fifth person on `aero-bed`), is set in a beautiful part of the Scottish Highlands overlooking the Moray Firth with views as far as the Cairngorms on a clear day.

Brackenside is situated in Achrimsdale about one and a half miles north of the village of Brora , where there are local shops, hotels, a golf course and beautiful beach.  There is a railway station and bus service which connects with further afield if required.

The city of Inverness, to the south, is an hour`s drive away as are Wick and Thurso to the north.

Sutherland has many interesting things to see and do including hillwalking, golfing, fishing (including salmon fishing), birdwatching and many places of historic interest. There are many sandy beaches as well as scenic glens, with the possibility of seeing an eagle, deer, etc.

The Orkney Islands are within easy reach as is the West Coast.
